  • Please note that orders placed after 10:00 PM (AEST) will be processed the following business day.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within Australia. There are no additional shipping charges, and no minimum order is required to enjoy free shipping.

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

  • If you made a wrong order (e.g., wrong size or color), you are responsible for the return shipping cost, which starts at 30 AUD for small packages and may vary depending on the size of the package.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your returned item.

8. How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
